If you save the file it asks you to name it. Look at the video closely. Let me know if you need more help. :)

I tried that, and I never saw it. Do you right-click on the actual CAS folder, the "Template", or the ".Package" one? Cause I dont see any option to open in Sims4 Studio

Right mouse click on the .package file. Then choose "Open with" and find Sims4Studio. Also, check the "Always use this app to open " files box, and click/tap on OK. Then next time you just double-tap on the file to open it. :) I hope this helps.

I JUST had the same problem but now I fixed it. When you click the template link the description, it takes you to a website. Press download template and you should have a zip file in your downloads. Open in, and you will see a package file "CAS BACKGROUND" open that with the sims 4 studio. Once you're in the studio, press import. Find your image and press save.

Hi, do you know why the texture get really pixelated once in s4s (and in cas it stays so) ? Even if i run it through stuff like topaz denoise... is it because I'm using the gradient tool ? I don't understand... Thx !

Hello! Add a bit of grain. Gradient backgrounds have a bad color banding issue, sadly.

When I try to open the "CAS background" file it wants me to download s4s again?? Like, it prompts the "do you want this to make changes to your device" thing even though I already have it installed and even when I allow it to download again it still doesn't open what I need it to open. I'm very confused.

For example, how are the versions with a mirror in the background made? Can you share a video about it? Mirrors, flowers, cabinet etc. I'm talking about a 3D cas screen.I would appreciate your help. Have a nice day.💖

Sadly, I don't know much about it. 😟 I haven't made backgrounds like that. I recommend asking from someone who has more knowledge about it. I know a creator called littledica has made some backgrounds like that.
